Check out the Groove Coverage remix of "Moonlight Shadow" - the 2:52 version - on iTunes. Listen to the 30 sec preview @ :13 or so. It's a very distinctive break I've heard on a lot of different songs, but I can't identify it. BT also used it in his song "Flaming June" here:

The loop you're looking for is a modified version of the loop "Daemon". It can be found on either Zero-G Total REX (in the Jungle Warfare Vol.1 folder) or on the Jungle Warfare v1 CD (should be available as download version) along with tons of classic loops like Amen, Scotty, Roller (the one that The Prodigy used for "Firestarter") and many many more.
Btw, this loop was also used by Sonic Mayhem in their Unreal Tournament soundtrack. So if you have a unreal BGM conversion tool, you can rip it out of the converted IT files. Or was it the Quake 3 Arena one? *sigh* Sorry, too long ago that I played these games.
