Hello,

Its been years since my purchase and perhaps I've forgotten something. In order to save my settings with a project I have to re-enter the key after every use. I've searched the XP registry and there are no entries for Angelina.

What is the proper installation process?

Should I have an exe installer that came with Angelina?

Is there a registry entry I can make to force the key to be stored?

Well, there's been a recurring bug where the Angelina code would need to be re-entered - but it only happens once in a while. If you can't find a registry entry at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BigTick\Angelina
then something is very wrong...

Do you get a confirmation message when you enter your key ?

The entry did not exist when I wrote to you earlier. Since then however, I've downloaded the demo, launched the stand-alone version and entered the code there. Now there is a registry entry for the serial, and the plugin version saves with Cubase4 projects.

And yes, the confirmation message came after every re-entry prior to the fix.

Hi - I have had the same problem. Angenina keeps losing the serial activation.
I entered the serial directly in the registry and it still didn't start working again until I pasted it back in the box in the plugin.
After that I checked the registry key again and the code had been appended by an '01' and there were a string of zeros addended.

Weird - hope you can fix the problem because I want to use Angelina some more, but it is annoying the Sh1t out of me currently.

Just lost a wonderful surreal chime like Angelina patch due to this error.

Is there a way of fixing it?
