Headphone mixing is very inacurate, and unless you only want your mix to sound good in these particular earbuds, I highly recommend against it. In addition, the potential for long term permanent hearing damage from mixing with headphones is very high. Invest in some decent monitors. The KRK Rockit series are excellent and very inexpensive.

I think you found the best pair already.
But Where90210's comment is still valid: great mixing is done with monitoring speakers, not on cans or earbuds (even the ones that cost $500) but since you don't wanna know that I won't tell you why....
