any good (free or cheap) software sampler with time stretch?

Hello,

I am looking for a cheap or even free vsti software sampler that would support time stretch just like Kontakt does (i just don't have the money for that beast)
Let's say I load a loop or a sample, isolate a sound that I like and map it all over the keyboard in a second with time stretch (on or off)

Any idea ?
