The drums are a combination of a few things... I remember using the demo of Addictive Drums for the cymbals (I like their real-time cymbal chokes, not limiting you to a naturally sampled cymbal choke timing). And then I think I used EZdrummer for the rest of the drums.

When you hit the C that is an octave above the two short eighth-note low C's, how does the vibrato work? That note seems to have the same vibrato each time it's played. Not a problem in itself, but I am wondering if it's possible to either turn off the vibrato or if there is a "non-vib" type of patch, too.

I'm sure that MIDI control of vibrato is possible, but you'd rather put that in at your option, rather than forced to have it there, know what I mean?

Thanks, Greg,

And don't worry - like adolescence, jazz is just a phase. Once you get over it, we'll welcome "Gregrock" into KVR. There won't be much Pomp & Circumstance - probably something more from the Flash Gordon soundtrack.

Oh, that's just MIDI vibrato (pitch bends). :)

That's kind of where I am; also, I hate to leave money doing nothing when I could have it otherwise engaged...but...the rockin' Gregjazz demo has me convinced, so, you got it...
