Excellent!
I've been busy recreating the original factory presets, and so far they coming out very well. I plan to do the full 112 sounds - Bank A and Bank B (56 patches each).
Togu - do you think you can fix the problem where the synth went up by 1 octave after ver 1.03? I am on one of the Bass presets right now and it won't go low enough, as the hardware Juno can...

So far, the latest 1.1.0 is working pretty good. Togu, thanks for listening to your users.

Here are the first 32 of the factory presets. Stay tuned for the rest of them.

If you want to listen to the originals on a hardware Juno-60, here is a link to a cool website (it's not made by me)

This plugin has great sound quality, and is pretty accurate, same for the chorus.
Here's a cpu use bug common to all versions so far:
Cpu use doubles if cutoff is too low (denormal?)For example, if playing a chord with filter open uses 25% cpu, when the filter is closed the cpu use will be around 50%.
The Chorus plugin has some denormal problem. It uses many times more CPU when a -infinity signal passes through. This behavior stops when passing through a -300db noise for example.
This occurs on an xp pro, P4 system..

Hi there,
you are doing a cool job - hopefully Roland won't shut you down like
they have done previously with other "Lookalikes"...
Concerning the versioning, I was wondering if it wouldn't make sense
to include a version-resource into the DLL. This way one could always
see the version of the VSTi by going to "properties" in the explorer
and not having to start up the instrument in a host...

One more point:
I would have liked to send you a donation by PayPal. Unfortunately the PayPal-website
did not work over your link. When I was looking up your email-adress on the main
paypal-site to send you some money, it showed that you are not a verified customer.
This results in that I cannot send you stuff by PayPal using bank-debit (Lastschrift).
This makes the process for me to cumbersome, so I'd suggest that you verify your
PayPal-account and allow for bank-debit payments - this way you will probably get
more donations (the less mouse-clicks the donor has to do the more likely it is
she/he will go through with it

Thanks for the tip to-pse
I did following changes/fixes:
- Is now one octave deeper like the real Juno (thanks alvakorn)
- Denormals in the U-NO-60 chorus and standalone fixed
I hope the denormals are gone yet ?
Edit: If you want to public your presets on http://kunz.corrupt.ch/ send me a mail with the presets in the attachement

Hmm, sustain pedal is not working here either. I don't think there is any problem with the controller as it works with everything else. Midi learning doesn't work either...tar42 wrote:Hi fullife, I assume ur sustain pedal works with other Vst's. What controller/synth are you using ? Some synths have 2 modes for sustain 1.for midi control dial 2. for pedal. You may have to reconfigure if thats the case, otherwise try midi learn with the sustain pedal.I am also having similar hassle, but i think its because my synth/controller crashed and reverted back to factory settings.
Also I tried to manually write CC64(sustain) automation by hand in eXT but U-No doesn't respond to that either.
Does sustain work with everyone else, or is this a 'feature'?

I'm trying to find the CPU problem. Thanks for that information. Can you give me some details about your system(CPU)?Jono-60 wrote:This is still a major hog on the CPU. I thought it might be just FL Studio, but I tried it on Logic 5.5 PC too and it takes just as much.
I do not support the sustain pedal yet. But i will try to implement it in the next days.

The following presets should be manually transposed down an octave in your host to be played as low as they are supposed to be:
31 Bass 1
32 Bass 2
33 Clavichord 1
34 Clavichord 2
44 Tuba
48 English Horn

When I loaded the "38 Glockespiel" Preset, I noticed that it sounded different to the real sound: http://www.synthmania.com/Audio%20Files ... nspiel.mp3
I then tried to adjust it, but I couldn't do it, the oscillator always sounded kind of distorted. Does this have anything
to do with aliasing?
