So the $102 is the 30% off deal and then you subtract another 35% of $102 for a total of $66.30 for the bundle + tax + VAT? Is California/US tax added on? Does VAT apply to California?

VAT does not apply to the states..only Europe. I think thats the only thing that applies, as US tax is not taken off. ( if you are buying in the states)

Just curious here....
As the product is a downloadable product and not a physically shipped package, could you not provide a paypal link that would avoid the duty as it is not being shipped so to speak.

Not sure but just a suggestion to try and help as we never noticed this VAT added via our Paypal transactions.
(Not for me though as I already own most your stuff I just found it odd to hear the comment about it )

We actually do not do PayPal. Just ShareIt . However,ShareIt allows you to use PayPal when choosing your payment type.

All the synths I own I buy through PayPal, I live in the UK and can never remember paying extra for VAT.

To be honest..I don't know PayPal's position on VAT. I am not a VAT expert. If you want to discuss VAT issues, please start a new thread. All I know is that ShareIt needs to do VAT becuase of the law in Europe which says you HAVE to!

I thought you had indicated that the $102 is already 30% off. Algo Music site says 35% will be deducted from $102, right? ShareIt only deducts 30%. I had to cancel the order because it was over $70 instead of the expected $66.30.

To clarify

$102 is 35% off all three products=The universe package present price.
The sale is 30% off ( from the web site: ALL products from AlgoMusic (except ElectraBass) will be at 30% off! Simply put in the coupon code: AMSS-07 on the second page of the order form.)

which makes it $71.40

Now..thats a Galaxy of a deal! You would pay that price just for M51 ! Almost too good..that makes it 65% off! Just until June 21rst.
