what can you say bout the mellotron sounds of sonic reality, i mean the one for reason. i need some sort of review or your 2 cents. is it worth it? coz i dont want to shell out 50 bucks for nothing.

It's more than worth buying it. There are lots of different sound-sets for NNXT and a variety of ready-made combinators. You can find classic tron-sounds (Beatles, Moody Blues Crimson, Genesis)and contemporary sound-sets (e.g. the ones, Fiona Apple uses for her songs).
