This is just awesome.

Like a lost collab between Robin Trower and Josh Homme.

Top notch work gentlemen!

I guess we're talking about Robin Zeoy and Josh Xander eh? :hihi:

Thanks for that mighty fine compliment Hero mate :tu:

BUMP

Robin Zeoy and Alex Trower :?:

I wonder what they'll say when they hear this version, with another drummer :

Maybe it needs a little more tweaking, but I couldn't wait anymore to show it... :oops:

:shock:

WOW that's hot! Well done Maximum MixMax! :tu:

Them insane oriental-style weeping leads are a bitch monster nightmare to mix -- I know :hihi:

Love the bass sounds! Drum timing may need wee some tweakings. :shrug:

Cool :hyper:

Artful and catchy at the same time. Nick Cave-ish vox and I loke that a lot. The drums are perfect in the newest mix. Overall recording and mix sounds fantastic. Creative and unique guitar parts. Gonna keep this one. You guys are a great team.

Thanks for those goodly words Jazzster! :tu:

Xander, I know it ! When I mixed down, late last night, I heard it too.
Something molested me and I didn't knew what, right away, but now I know what it must be ! :shock: :-o
I made you "play" a new flanged rythme guitar line, wich is great, but now I'll have to make you "sing" a bit different to fit your guitar loop... :help:
I'll correct that today in the "Son of the sequel of Sacrifice". :wink:
You know that if I can foock up things, I do it with a smile ! :hihi: :lol:

Ladies and gentlemen : It is not Alex singing wrong on good guitar riff (or vice verse) but it was me blooping for having not enough patience, but that's another clumsyMax story, wich I ain't gonna tell now.
With this one you'll have already enough to laugh with, for today... :lol:

This collab was a great pleasure to do, but most of all, a marvellous excuse for not starting the repair job of the terras, that my wife planned (for me) !
Alex and Zeoy, therefore I thank you from the deepest of my heart.

Now I need a new excuse... :roll:

MixMax Mate! It's all good! :tu:

:D DDDDiggin it :hyper:

Hihihi :hihi: , Alex, do you realize I've got now an amazing long vocal loop of you... :help:
I wonder what that would sound like, surrounded by my Tanga-Girls, in a virulent Polka, played by Yannomani indians on bagpipes !

BTW, I had to spend a whole box of soap to clean the crackles out of your guitar solo, so I could pump it up, without breaking the windows of my studio.
If you're living nearby a nuclear central, I'd warn them that they have a leak somewhere... :hihi:

See ya,

OK lets go,

@wavephonic
have a good time bro :tu:

@herodotus
thanx very much John, having references for two of my heroes in the same sentence is too much.
Joshy you said? Hmmm. Come back in a month and you'll see :hihi: 8)
(hint: we're cooking something here)

@jazzyspoon
thanx man (although you like Max's drums better than mine :tantrum: :x :tantrum: :lol: )
let the girls listen to this after the catwalk. they may like it

@those about to RAWK (xander and Max): I salute you :P :wink:

PS: Uncle Max, get the job done! Don't wanna hear any more excuses
If I go insane, please don't put your wires in my brain

Yeah -- that crackles is coming from my cheap pedals noise gate I think. Weird. I'll be working to fix that problem this week (maybe get a new pedal -- Santa Claus willing) :hihi:

Cheers,
Zaxoy :)
