Toxic III problem in cubase? Strange "beach" noise ...

Hi! When I load up Toxic III in cubase as a VST, every 30 seconds or so I hear a sound that can be likened best to the sound of waves on a beach. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks for the help!!

maybe it's a blast of white noise like they use in demo synths.
