chords as midi files

i think this may be the market for the Cognitone Harmony Navigator. Thousands of chords available and try out the progresssions and maybe even some decent voice leading and output into midi files.

I have the navigator but I don't think it can be used inside a host like cubase 4. That's what I need. Something that I can use say native instruments Acoustik piano on.
