Does anyone have a sense of the reputation these speakers have. I own a pair that I used with a Sony home stereo amp and found my mixes didn't translate well. Thanks to fathers day, I may be able to either get a power amp to run these speakers or get a pair of powered 5" nearfields (such as Tascam, Event, or KRK))I can't really do a proper ear test so I wondered if anyone uses these or remembers the reviews or general word on these guys. Thanks for your help.
