switching response of presets/snapshots is now much better :D

Post

This one is definitively easy on the cpu.
I didn't noticed the curve display and color schemes in the first release.
Was it already here ?

Excellent! Thanks for it, and good luck with the studies! I think if I find any problem with it I should say nothing till you have finished studying!!

Yes it is much better now. But:
look at first (left) band: changing set from freq to note (right mouse), the octave knob turns full down: 0.10 and there is an huge number on background gui.

still mess on gui setting: sometime the knob's color is fixed; it changes just the background. this happens mostly switching from knob to display mode. Also if you are in display mode the setting shows knob mode selected.

The switch between the modes was never supposed to be switched that often. It was meant to be setted only once and for all, that's why it remembers the state from the registry. I'm afraid I haven't got more time to fix it, but I set a first deadline for a first draft of my thesis for tomorrow and I really need to get it done. I promised to my grandpa, that I'll hurry with my studies, so here I go. I already shame that I've done to much of this spare time stuff...
Expect the next update on sunday, I think

Ah OK it was my way to test the plug: forcing the settings so that bugs "come afloat". But, now that it's more stable, I'll go for the setting once&for all!

Hey Christian take your time for the thesis and all the rest. Don't force yourself with deadline for the next update: you did already great things with your plugin(s) :tu: BTW "Thesis" could be a nice plugin's name!?

All the best

Antonio

Okay, tested it this evening and it's working flawlessly in all my hosts. CPU is very low as reported ( ) and the sound is amazing. IIEQ and NonameEQ are what I'll be using for awhile! THANKS CHRISTIAN!
I still think, your punctuation sucks, and your spelling isn't cool! So there...

Hi Christian,

just had the chance to test this plug. Really a great sound!!!

Yes.
If you haven't yet tried Electri-Q, you should give this awesome plugin a try. C Budde programmed it, and it has plenty of great features. There is a free & a payware version.

Ok, tiny update here: The Note/Frequency-change-Oct bug is fixed and some minimal internal code clean up.

Post

Hi sinkmusic,

I already bought it months ago. Although I was very happy with the Electri-Q during the first time unfortunately I got more and more trouble with the preset management, never found the reason for it.

Wow, this sounds really nice!

Thanks SO much!

This EQ is awesome! It's simple interface is a huge boon. I really like it and like many of you here it'll be NonameEQ and IIEQ for all my general mixing EQ tasks from now on (sonalksis EQ sometimes too but it really does not compare very well to these simple freeware offerings imho. Shows how talented developers there are around KvR!).

Cheers!

Damn straight. I just did my first full project with NOname as the only EQ, and man, it was so easy to get the sound you want, and there's practically no limit on the number you can use. Noname just shoved its way to the front of the track EQ pack.

You think Sonalksis does not compare to those two?
