Latency : PC keyboard vs USB keyboard

I'm using Tracktionkeys as piano keyboard on my laptop. It's great but a midi keyboard controller would be better, of course. My question is : Using PC keyboard keys, Asio4all is configured with 11ms latency. With a USB Midi keyboard (no audio interface), will I keep the same latency (I mean, not higher...) ? (I've got a Soundmax Integrated audio card)

Yeah, the midi interface has no influence on latency because that's totally an audio issue, got nothing to do with midi.
