Excellent effect, but wouldn't load in FLS 7.0.2 unless loaded through ext (FLS would freeze at 'loading fruity wrapper' and i'd have to shut it down from task manager).

Edit: It's being tempremental. Sometimes it will load, other times it will freeze.

For anyone interested in such things, I've written a semi-elaborate history of the development of Fragmental, mostly because I'm always fascinated by the design process and the gestation of an idea, and thought it would be fun to document this.

Thanks for all the great plugs! I can remember when there were a few modest offerings back in the day, but now you have have more plugs than some online stores!

It's been fun watching your skills and creativity blossom in the field, man. Sorry to hear that the profiteers from Steinberg and the Bill Gates tandem are putting the squeeze on you...and us...shame and a sin. Of course, if they had their way, we'd be taking out loans to buy studio gear so that they could form cash streams from all of us.

I wish you well in the Linux arena. Although I haven't kept up, I shouldn't be surprised that the Linux market has been catching up. Are you going to miss any of the Windoze dev tools, or are ya happier in a Linux environment? (just curious)

That's really big news! Are you planning on releasing it?

Glad to hear it, Georg, it was fun to write.

CPU hit notwithstanding (which maxes out at 40% of my Intel P4 3GHz, so any PC made in the past two years shouldn't have any problems with it), Fragmental contains a lot of great ideas for using a plugin as a live musical interface.
