Good news.
I'd say energyXT is always a work in progress. That guy Joren never sleeps or somethign because he is always adding and tweaking code to make the program what people (mostly) in this forum want/need.
XT2 vst I don't think is as rubust as XT1 is now but I have confidence that the plan is in motion.

specifically, this seems to apply to saving fxb and fxp files, and Render to wav.J1- XT2 does not warn when overwriting a file.
there is a warning when overwriting .xt, .xtc, .xte, and .xts files.

STrange, but when i load any of Scot Solida's drum banks to the sequencer, i get some GUI problems with the drum sampler (vertical black bars where the volume settings are located):

I've created my own drum banks and the issue doesn't come up so i am wondering if it has to do with specific samples?

I'm better than you. Deal with it.

Oh whoops.... is that what it is?
That makes sense cause i only loaded about 5 samples to my drum bank which is why there was no gui issues.
I still say it's Scot's fault.

... only because he makes his drum samples so desirable.

Anyone else noticing any issues with volume automation in the audio editor?
1.If i stretch an audio part (hope i'm using 'part' in it's right context here
) and i automate the volume, i get a "flanger" type of sound until the next pass (looping between locaters). That's no biggie but thought i would mention it.
2.Also, if i get a little too crazy with automation (fluctuating envelopes), XT crashes.

The flanging does exist.
Adding to clips inconsistencies:
J15- Changing an audio part's volume envelope will create a flange until the next pass of the part.

Hmm.....XT constantly crashes on me when i have "busy" envelope settings within the audio editor (no issues with MIDI envelopes) like so:

I tried it multiple times with pan/vol automation.

that sucks man.
Works fine here.
I tried the same pattern with a tempo of 250.
Does it do it every time with every type of audio clip you can create (stretched or otherwise)?
