Plugins that are useful to pitchbend/pitchshift drum sounds?

Is there any plugins that can give you a cool pitchbend on say a kickdrum without loosing it's character? Here is a example of what I'm looking after (I've tried to combine different sounds but couldn't achieve something that sounded good. The basedrop comes in at 13 seconds:

I hear no pitchbending/shifting on drums in that example. That there be a synth sound on the pitch drop. Try layering a sub-bass and kick, modulated the pitch of the sub.
