Fabi,

For the record, if you really read and heard, you'd noticed humility, modesty, carefulness and above all love.

they're going to enjoy our north
you're going to break our careless land
while they couldn't sit
and anyone should reach their trouble

somebody shouldn't understand it's bean
you should start the classic breeze
when you might hop
if anyone will draw it's poison

he could feel anyone's gear
he's going to face your strong chill
and everyone would descend
and anyone's going to pay her group

she might love your well
somebody would understand my useful guest
if we should leave
if anyone wouldn't seek your shadow

Break!

Official release: here :D

I really hope to not disappoint you after this so long wait.
At some point I was about to abandon this... 'project', because I thought you all were expecting something from me that I could never had accomplished. I myself was disappointed by the results I had accomplished, but seeing your excitement and your real interest in this little 'project' I decided recently to bring it to life.

But hey... it's just a plugin... yes it's been 72 pages of KvR forum discussion in more than 12 months, but all in all it's JUST a software, nothing new, nothing important for life.

Hope you like it!

Good news Guido,

Glad to see this thing finally released.
Here's hoping that this is not the end of development.

Post

:D Guido, it may not be the solution to all mankind's problems, but it *is* something new, and it *is* important for life! I'm very very happy that you've seen this through to a something you're willing to call a product. And I really REALLY hope that you're going to do the same with Sax'o'phunk!

This is played by me with keyboard and BC-3.
Just "wow"...

And I thought you'd charge 60$ for it, not even so... (30$)

(btw I think you should have opened a new thread)

The official release is definitely a step forward from the betas, and the improvements for playability from a keyboard are clever and effective. It just *slays* Arturia Brass. It's easy for me to say this, now that I've got a license for it ;), but you really should put a higher price on Miles'tone once the introductory offer period ends. It's too cheap for people to believe how good it really is! (Which is actually a common problem when launching new software products).

The response of the mute model could certainly be improved in certain registers, but even there it blows Arturia away.

And it does deserve a new thread - I think I'll give it one!

Post

Guido, you also have a Mr.Ray II thread in the running?

Niels

ps.
B.t.w. here's a Mr.Ray (Somewhere in the left...(and 'short break'))

Post

I was wondering, did Mr.Ray also let you hear the 'trumpet'-idea...?

Niels

ps.
I noticed in some usage of Mr.Ray a 'soft-print' of a (muted-)trumpet...that's why I ask.

Post

Niels, frankly I don't understand what you're talking about. How can you hear a trumpet in a Rhodes' sound?...
Can you explain, please?

(No, don't explain anything... this was just an excuse for a new... bump! :hihi:)

Nice sound and nice price. :) One more happy customer here.

Guido,

You forget, that I was and am the one, who understands what I say and what you are actually saying.

Niels

ps.
You don't have to answer me Guido, "didn't you 'not support' me"?

ps2.
It's an ackward remark for someone," 'creating' a sound from generated noise " to ask me "How could I hear" implying "How could such a thing occur"

Post

For the record; A 'soft-print' is not a trumpet.

That's maybe where our ears start to differ...
