whether they appear or not depends on the zoom. in other words, it depends on the number of pixels between two points. you can zoom in to see the circles. zoom out far enough and they all disappear, but you can still drag the bare line to adjust the curvature.DarkStar wrote:The little circles in the mididle of the lines:
Stop press: They are there on the lines in the Volume lane - they do not appear when there are two events on adjacent shap positions.

Controller map issue for you guys?
If I make two instances of an effect (classic delay for example) and map the same CC to the same parameter on both effects, only one effect gets controlled (last one mapped).
Can anyone else confirm?
1. add audio loop
2. in comp view add classic delay
3. add another classic delay
4. activate mapping
5. move feedback on plug 1
6. move a cc (everything working at this point)
7. move feedback on plug 2
8. Move same cc as in step 6
(only plug 2's feedback is reciveing mapping messages)

I see your BR and raise you 3!
Only only knob controlled - Confirmed.
But: here I opened the first VST FX and mapped the knob - all Ok. Then I opened the second VST FX and without doing anything got 4 more Mappings! [this was with Clasic Delay and MIDI Learn ON]
Also, when you delete a VSt with mapped parameters, empty slots remain in the Controller map window
And, if you add the VST FX as insert FX and map their knobs, none of the knobs move. The same goes for Send FX

Confirmed. But It hink this is an issue that Classic Delay is showing the GUI at a default when you open it and then refreshing very fast. This refresh is triggering a GUI move and activating learn for those paramsDarkStar wrote: Only only knob controlled - Confirmed.

got it.Also, when you delete a VSt with mapped parameters, empty slots remain in the Controller map window

And... even worse. If you move a VST to a different strip, the mappings are lost and you have those blank spots again.
Can you please write it up? I've got to get back to the office job for a bit.

Soma/Darkstar - I've got one but I'm not sure if I'd call it inconsistency or function in one place but not another. I'll let you guys decide.
For the synthesiser comp, the "Open..." preset functionality both in the preset/program management section and in the right-click context sensitive menu in the "Bank" tab both allow multi-selection of presets, but when you click the [Open] button, only one preset is loaded.
Argh - the inconsistency in terminology in XT2 is as frustrating as in eXT 1. Is it a program or is a preset?
Regards
Caleb

Bug, I reckon.
After all, it seems quite reasonable to be able to laod several "programs" at once (saves a lot of unnecessary effort)
It's "on the list"

what happened isn't exactly clear but i think jorgen wanted to keep a 'rotation' so mods are fresh. be sure i'll be asking for help from the veterans often
see example of this post. i made a new one with DS as the author so we both could moderate the important issues.
thanks too.
