Hello.
I would like to play around with some amateur melodies. So if you could recomend me a notation software with the largest community I'll be busy for a while.
I will be without internet connection until tomorrow so I may not be able to answer you right away. I'll be back tomorrow to look if someone has answered.

Maybe NoteWorthy Composer? The online forum seems pretty active and the software is reasonably priced at $39 US.

Well, the largest userbase is in the Finale family, with products in all price ranges. I haven't been on their forums in a while, but they were always hopping and pretty busy.
But like I said, I haven't been on them for a while. It is likely that there are even more people there now.

Seems like something i was looking for was NoteWorthy Composer, thanks for the help.
