I've got an M-Audio Radium usb-midikeycontroller.
I want to buy a Roland JV-2080.
My problem is how I can connect this soundmodule to my Radium and then Cubase SX3?
The midi-outputs on my Radium writes this:

I guess the JV-2080 doesn't have a Midi Through port, or the midi output can be setup to do through also?
I'd put the Radium to the mini input of your soundcard and the JV-2080 to the mini output of the soundcard. That way CuBases midi through will be utilised AND you can have the JV-2080 play CuBase tracks.
