Congrats on baby No.2

I'll have a go at the vocal. I'm no singer so they'll probably end up sounding like a cross between Rex Harrison and Alabama 3.

sounds good as you calibrated and joned the various solos, lovely jam, the drums is better,
maybe add some more variantion is could use some breaks, pauses, stops, like in traditional chicago blues

thanks liqih! Yeah, next step is adding some more variation on the drums and general panning and EQing on the tracks. I'm pretty excited, this thing is really fun!

The new mix sounds much better. The clicks seem to be gone. And I really like the new arrangement of the parts. Nice piano too!
Just one thing; the snare is too quiet, and it seems a little overly compressed. Too much compression doesn't go with the "live" feeling in my opinion.

Thanks for the encouragement, jivamukti, exactly how I see it!

gsoto, there is no compression whatsoever on the drums, but I listened again and agree that the snare is a bit weak. If I wasn't so cheap and actually got the full version of addictive drums, I could choose a different one...

But now I just triggered a second snare sound on top of it, thanks to the glorious routing capabilities of energyXT.

Here is the latest beta. I might make this the final mix actually, unless you all think there is something that needs adjustment. I'll make an extra post with the final version, though.

Great guitar solo at 4:47. Who was that?
Your singer (Tone Deaf Lemon Jefferson) was right when he said 'that's the Blues right there'.

The guitar solo (distorted) that ends at 4:47 and the clean one that begins after that are both by zeoy. He's good!
