Rosettes -- Maddy Prior

In my head, not playing the LP ("Woman in the Wings"). Millicent mentioned this song when I was telling about visiting some stables today. It's about young women and learning to take command. Of an animal? Of life? Maddy's not telling.

[edit] Maddy was (is?) a member of Steeleye Span. Members of Jethro Tull also appear on this album. A wonderful, if little-known, record.
