I predict that it will be in Austin Tx this year and That Korg will release a new Electribe and that Spectrasonics will announce their new/upgraded Instruments.

It's been pretty mild as far as Texas summers go.Stupid American Pig wrote:shit its been hot since may. I am damn near having a heatstroke on my daily jogs lately...7XL wrote:My prediction : it's going to be HOT!!!!! Texas in July????? WTF were they thinking?
BTW, the summer show is mostly guitars and band instruments You can generally expect Pro Audio products to be released between Fall AES and Winter NAMM.

If they made a slightly cheaper (or even the same price, as long as it isn't more money than the EMX or ESX) electribe with no tubes, USB for loading drum samples in, and the synthesis section from the EMX, it would be amazing. Especially if it could run on battery power.shamann wrote:That would be a surprise. If they do, hope they're over that whole stupid toob thing.riley4reason wrote:Korg will release a new Electribe
I'd buy it.

No, Spectrasonics will not be at the Summer NAMM to show new products, that's what Eric Persing said.riley4reason wrote:I predict that it will be in Austin Tx this year and That Korg will release a new Electribe and that Spectrasonics will announce their new/upgraded Instruments.

He also said that they will be for sure at the Winter NAMM in january 2008. Long way to go

My hope is (since it's going to be so long) that it won't simply be a "new" product (and certainly not just UB's for atmosphere/trilogy) but "knock your socks off" versions of those 3 AND something fresh!
