Great news, Paul! :)
And, as always, thank you (all involved) so much for keeping us informed about what's going on. Great support! :tu:
This is my first purchase from Manytone Music and thanks to your awesome attitude towards your customers I doubt it's gonna be my last. 8)

Funxi - we do the best we can. You know we are always here and we let folks know what is going on. We are just a couple of guys, from various places in the world and sometimes things happen that are beyond my control...Won't be long now and I'll have you guys the full package.

Paul
Yes, you two are among those select few with a token from the Big Banana permitting the wearing of a white hat (noon to 6pm only) in Funxistan.

I just didn't want you to fall into the bad habits of certain practitioners from Europe whose capacity to make up tall tales and pass the buck has earned them a lifetime Gold-Plated Turd on a Stick Award (with honorary bar code) from the Grand Chicken himself. :x

I'll wait patiently, and only say something sarcastic once a week.

who is damn glad he bought Broomstick Bass to scratch the 'bumble-thud-grumble in the background' urge, in the meantime :P

Well, lets not compare us to other companies now ;-)
You know a few weeks and a few years are 2 different worlds.
We have had a very nice track record here so far.... I want to keep it that way.

That said, I hereby grant you permission to pester me once a week about releasing ManyBass.... Hopefully this today will be your last time ;-)

Just my two cents...

Having plunked down my hundred bucks for the presale, I'm as anxious to get my hands on the ManyBass vsti as the next guy. But for now, I'd like to comment on the excellent quality of the ManyBass sample sets. I took the early bird soundset download option, and I have been messing around with them in ManyGuitar. I own all of the ManyTone products, including the Ultimate Bass Kit soundsets, and I believe that these new samples go above and beyond the already high bar that we have come to expect from ManyTone. If the sounds are indicative of the product's overall quality, we are in for a real treat.

Having dealt with ManyTone several times over the past year, I can't overstate their excellence in the customer care department. Time after time, I have received super and timely support and service from them. Thus, I am certain that Paul and co. are doing their best to release the best product possible as quickly as they can.

I passed on the early bird soundset download, preferring to wait for the enjoyment of the whole gestalt, with the purpose built GUI and modified engine.

I have no doubt whatsoever that it'll be great; all Manytone's products are. I think I own them all.

I planned on doing the same. Since this is my first Manytone Music purchase I obviously don't have anything to try the samples with yet. I simply wanted to download the samples early so that we all don't download at the same time once the VSTi is finished. :)

I didn't read that properly the first time

To quote Donkey from Shrek 2 - "Are we there yet?"
I really hope the VSTi will be ready before the weekend i.e. today.
I know it's almost done and I'm ready to burst with anticipation. :)

Okay folks....

All those that had requested the earlybird soundset download have just been sent the links to download the PC ManyBass VSTi installer.

Official release will be after the weekend as I am away from the system most of this weekend.
I will start serving up the other orders and sending out the links to you other folks that are waiting then.

Mac installer will also be finalized this weekend.

Till then ....some of you have ManyBass in your inbox ;-)

I'm loving these sounds. The fun is just beginning. Another lost weekend is in the cards. :-)

Great. And within your revised timeframe, too. :P Big mama! :hihi:

I'm sure this will prove worth waiting for.

Edit: Oh, this is the real thing, alright.

Just noodling around without looking at the presets had me quite happy. But when you start tweaking, working with the wizards...yep, this is absolutely worth the money, and then some.

This is the kind of 'finished product perfection' everyone should aspire to... but then, why wouldn't it be? Great engine, great samples, varied presets, clever devs and a lot of deep thinking about what a good bass rompler ought to sound like and be able to do...not to mention a snazzy GUI to go with it.

Run, don't walk, etc., to your Paypal button... This might shakeout to be the best new product of the year, so far
