Got sx3 but cant work out how to load my sampler instrumets via emagic exsp24 anyone done this??

Load the EXSP24 into the SX3 VSTi rack. Open the EXSP24 GUI - you should be able to select a preset using the user interface. If you're not, you probably didn't set the paths for the presets correctly.

the EXS files need to be in the folder called
'Sampler Instruments'
