hi everyone, my first post here.

I'm a newbie to producing and was hoping someone could help me to get this synth sound -

It has a bell-like tone to it so you might want to use an FM synth. Beyond that, it's a matter of shaping the tone with ADSR parameters, add a little eq and a bit of delay or 'verb, then it sounds as if it's going through an auto-phaser effect (but only slightly). Your main job is first creating the bell-type sound, then move on to effects afterwards.
