MOTU 828 MKII USB2.0 for €499

Thinking about buying one.... but I'm wondering why it is so "cheap" (at least compared to the firewire model)

any clues??? anyone used one on PC???

Dont go USB. Get a firewire one (mine's a champ.)

By the fact that it hasn't taken the world by storm and there are no other interfaces out there with more than 2-4 channels on USB should give you a hint...
