Cool! Let me know how that goes, I haven't tried it with a foot controller yet...ZombyWoof wrote:Actually, I'm setting up my FCB1010 foot controller for the keyswitching right now.

It works great. For reasons of quick experimentation, I'm running it into Bidule to do the low-level MIDI remapping of note data that I need to trigger key-switching, special slide sounds, or whatever. With a 49-key keyboard, I'm a bit limited and I hate switching octaves all the time to get to the MIDI notes I need.

I got a mail about an updated installer file. I downloaded it (of course) but how do I know I got the right one?

You know you have the right one when loading soundsets your cursor will turn into an hourglass. Chances are if you downloaded the installer after receiving the email about the update, you have the right version.

First of all: This is the best bass VSTi to date! It rocks! ManyThanks to ManyTone!
I've had no luck with downloading the installer update. I still get no hourglass and no loading time improvements...
Could Paul or Greg please mail me the update, please?

I sent you the installer.
Thanks very much for the comments!
Sunday evening here and release of ManyBass is scheduled for tomorrow (Monday Mountain time)
I'll be working on sending everyone else who pre ordered their links then.
I'll also get all of you your FreeZone access pages as soon as I can get to them.
As you may imagine tomorrow is a busy day here
The pre release special price will also end Monday as soon as I can change the links. So this is last call!
Cheers
Paul

How can I grab the installer. I don't really care about the samples today (I have UBK) but I wouldn't mind checking out the vst tonight.manytone wrote:BaldByChoice wrote:Hi BaldByChoice

Hi morelia
Nothing is going out tonight as it is Sunday night, Midnight here, and it's time for me to power down. These guys only received it early (Friday) as they were on the earlybird download list.
You also should have the samples downloaded and installed before you open the VSTi. The instructions will explain all this.
Anyways ...All other orders will start going out tomorrow.
Thanks
Paul

You're going to love the new samples! Might even want to try loading some UBK sounds using the wizard settings, too.

That was the idea, but then Paul had to go and have some sleep. I mean, how inconsiderate is that!Gregjazz wrote:You're going to love the new samples! Might even want to try loading some UBK sounds using the wizard settings, too.

Well, you know, having all the soundsets--the full package--and then loading it up and hearing the presets... You'll be amazed.

No doubt, but with my internet connection, that may take a little while. Like, a week. Seriously.Gregjazz wrote:Well, you know, having all the soundsets--the full package--and then loading it up and hearing the presets... You'll be amazed.
