Torn between the Audio Technica AE3300 and the Sennheiser e865. I can find sound samples of the Audio Technica, but can't find any of the Sennheiser, just alot of good words about it.
I have a high tenor male voice, somewhat naturally sybillant.
Which Handheld Condenser?

Try to find a shop with both in stock, and go out to demo them.

There is no shop in my state with both in stock and...even if there were, there is no mic room at the only place I can think of where it might be possible.C00kie wrote:Try to find a shop with both in stock, and go out to demo them.
I think more mic manufacturers need to put up audio clips of their product. Too many places don't let you return mics and I've sold too many on Ebay after not being able to return a mic I was ultimately unhappy with.
