Hello,

I should want find nice sounds (SF2) of a double-bass (contrebasse en français), the bass of the classical ensembles.
With the noise of the musician's fingers on the strings. :D

echochamber has a nice double bass sampleset for free, which you can convert to sf2 (it's in exs24).
It's pretty nice for a free one, but I'm not sure if it has finger noises or not.

Searchin sf2midi is always a possibility, though some of the fonts there are of suspicious origin.

I currently use the bass from Kirk Hunter's solo strings, which is decent. Not free , but affordable for what you get (violin, vila, cello, bass with several different articulations)
