Will try to get that into version 2.

The Reaper emulation employs a unique 'Lookahead' algorithm which checks the Reaper download page for new versions every couple of days and performs automatic adjustments to compensate for any changes. The really cool thing is that it doesn't need an internet connection.

The Babya Logic emulation employs an even more unique* "Look over the other kids' shoulders" algorithm which... well, that's a trade secret.

I tried the Babya Logic emulation on my system, and could easily get it to make absolutely no sound.

Which means that you got it just right. Excellent!

Suggestion for next release: fixing the cubase bug. It seems like it sounds like protools. I'll post here a direct A/B comparison asap.

As a long year Nuendo user I have to say that the Cubase emu sounds too samey like the Nuendo emulation. Though they share the same audio engine the theoretical ability to mix in 10.2 makes Nuendo sound more open to the sides. :-o
But yes, finally I have the famous ProTools integer summing sound inside my box. Great. Thank you. Appreciate the effort. :hyper:

Funny is, that YOU didn't have this idea for Nebula. Or do you have a 300 tracks Nuendo impulse in Nebula? Less tracks wouldn't really do it because of the nice shifts between the tracks that add up so nicely with that much tracks.

Don't think that can be done with the native SE modules.

:(
Whaaaat????? This is Synth Edit code??? Bah! What utter crap! There is no way in hell you could possibly even come close to emulating the true warmth of Babyalogic with SE. Everybody knows that all SE creations are pure crap!! :x

Cheers!

What are you talking about? Just look at these modules:

TUBEWARMTH.SEP
MOREPUNCH.SEM
ANALOG.SEP
BOBLUDWIG.SEP
PROTOOLS.SEP

You simply can't go wrong. 8)

How about adding CPU emulation too, so you can get that great AMD K6-2 sound on your nice new Core Duo?

Yeah, another limitation of working with SE I'm afraid. I was thinking of naming the Nuendo one 'Inuendo' to highlight that point.

Anyway, I'm glad ProTools is working for you.
