I've spent a bit of money with them (purchased Miroslav Plug in Crossgrade, SR Reason Refills, RAW Gold bundle as well as crossgrade to Amplitube 2, Ampeg SVX and bought the Sonic Capsules Bundle).
I've had a number of questions when installing software etc as well as receiving a faulty DVD in the RAW bundle. All issues were quickly sorted out and they were even kind enough to send me a printed manual for my free CSR (that I got through the 2 for 1 fx deal). I've got a visual impairment and reading PDF's doesn't exactly do miracles for the small amount of eyesight I have- the paper manual is what I needed and they sent it for free!
Therefore, thanks once again to everyone involved at Esoundz and Sonic Reality. I'll continue supporting such a great company from Australia- yeah guys, your postage to Australia is very reasonably priced as well (as opposed to other companies who rip you off with postage). Thanks for this:).
