In case anyone was still wondering what to get me for my birthday, you now have your answer!

Perhaps one good side-effect of this will be that older analogs will start coming down in price...

Actually I've started to see old Minimoogs for under $1000, I bet because you can now buy them brand new (and the new ones are probably much more serviceable).

Every once in a while I remmeber back to the mid-eighties, when everyone wanted a DX7. I had a Polymoog, Moog Rogue and MicroMoog, all of which were bought and sold for under $100.

There is no crying icon that expresses my regret!
