USB & MIDI Keyboard Controller

There are sooo many controllers out there --
I need a 24-61 note MIDI (5 pin) and USB Keyboard Controller that can utilize/send (output) MIDI via the traditional 5 pin AND send MIDI data via a USB connection at the same time as the 5 pin. Some pads like Trigger Finger would be a nice add-on to contol CC messages.

X-Station can do this ... I use mine to send midi from Live6 to my outboard gear via 5-pin, as well as audio and midi to and from Live via USB. I use the X-Stations second 5-pin midi out to play my Micro Modular, independently of the midi out from my PC. The X-Station is a synth and audio interface too, and very easy to set up. I think the Xio-Synth and reMOTE SL work the same way.

A little more info ...

I have an Xboard 49. It has two Midi output sources - USB and traditional 5 pin. Both work simultaneously.

I typically power the Xboard with the USB and that is the only power required, but it also runs on batteries or on a DC adapter.

The USB requires a driver (supplied). I have used the USB driver with Windows PC, MAC OSX, and a Laptop PC and connected the MIDI 5 pin thru a MIDI IN on a PC.
