Any news on AT2 + ATJH working as one plug? Squids?

Is this still in the works?
I am waiting with plastic in hand.
I won't purchase ATJH unless I can open it within AT2!

AOK
:tu: :tu:

Things seems to sound better in ATJH, all the pedals sound a little bit more realistic.
Even comparing the opto-tremolo in both plugs, the ATJH seems to sound a little better.
Am I loosing it or was there some improvement in the sound engine?........ that is if you know.

Same engine, different models so it's down to preference really. But it's nice to have both!

Wow - this is good news. The main reason I didn't already get the Hendrix version is that I wanted to be able to use it in conjunction with AT2. Thanks for the info!

Sure. Although it is still worth getting to have right now. It will work later within AT2 but to have these juicy stomp boxes and vintage amps... it's a favorite of mine for sure!

One tip for some people who haven't bought AT2 yet is to pick up the Jimi Hendrix Edition because it is cheaper and dedicated more to Vintage. In fact, you could easily call it the VINTAGE COLLECTION because it's much more than just "Jimi's Rig". It's a powerhouse collection of desirable vintage models.

Well, actually, I have some favorite models inside AT2 as well so the best is to have both.

By the way, Stomp IO actually IS going to be released this year. It's been a very difficult product to make but it is absolutely BLOW AWAY! It will work with all of the plug-in's models in one. So you can load Ampeg stuff and JH and even other stuff (aha!) into the special AT2 that comes with it. More news on that coming.

Yep. That's just the thing - I wanted to have the vintage amps/cabs but with some of the AT2 effects... well you already know what I meant. In fact, I think it would be cool if IK expanded AT2 with more of this stuff, kind of like how Line 6 has their model packs for Gearbox.

Who said VST host?

I guess you're probably kidding. ;)

But, anyway, the Stomp IO is like an expandable guitar amp, effects and control SYSTEM. There are all kinds of cool things it can do and although I know it's been waited on for a long time it is nearly here and when you guys fully see what it is capable of and what it will be able to do I think you will be impressed. It's worth the wait to have a system like this. There's nothing else like it.

one thing I never figured out, but I hadn't tried to hard yet. Can we control the wah-wah pedal in A2 and SVX with a midi controller?

Yes, you can :)
- but you use the automation function in your host,
- AT2 does not support CC mapping directly (currently??).
