Can anyone create this sound?

Hi guys, does anyone know how to recreate this kind of saw type 80s synth. It seems to be in all the following songs :

Chemichal Brothers - Do It again (In breakdown)
Neyo - Sexy Love
Snoop Dog - Drop It like its hot
Nelly Furtado - Promiscuous

I managed get a similar saw sound from FM7 but it hasn't got the creamy/analogue/hissy sound which is in any of the above.

Its probably some vintage hardware synth or maybe a nord lead ?

If anyone can find a similar vst patch or a virus patch that would be great thanks.
