Is it possible to modulate the speed of an lfo with another lfo or with keytraking ?

lets say i wanted to do a patch with a square osc and a filter on it

then modulate the filter cutoff with a sine lfo1

is it possible to make the lfo1 speed change while holding the note accordingly to another lfo2 ?

is it possible to make the lfo1 speed change so that goes faster as i move up the keys on the keyboard (keytracking?)
