There shouldn't have been any problem as they have your registration info.

I had someone physically snap my Candy dongle by accidently knocking it while it was sticking out of the front USB port on my machine.

Broke the key and damaged the front USB port so bad that it doesn't work either.

Sent Yellow Tools an email and got a new one.

Does anybody have any idea how to download this? It takes like 30 minutes for each page to load...I've registered, and I'm apparently in the "user area", but despite the fact that I've clicked "English", the directions are in German. From what I can tell, I'm supposed to click a download link, but I don't have a download link. I hope this thing is better than their website, because their website really sucks. Do *paying* customers have to put up with this crap?

In this area we have set up an exclusive account for you where you can manage your products and get free updates and downloads for them.
- under 'profile' you can view and edit your user profile, e.g. change your e-mail address or password.
- in the 'products' area you get an overview for your already registered yt products and the according serial no's. Here you can register further products for your profile by 'one-click-registration'
- in 'downloads' you'll get a listing of all available downloads for your registered yt products.
- If you got a product WITHOUT activation code, you can request one under the link 'activation codes'. Your product must be registered beforehand in order for this to work.
- in the 'driver/utils' area there are product-independent drivers and tools for the yt auth key and the yt key manager software for the programming/generation of the key.
- the key manager is free software for win xp and mac os x, which enables you to activate products on your key, to move and to retrieve their key. Here you can download the key manager and get all further info about it.
