When did this happen??

So far as I can tell you can load whatever VST you want into the channel, instrument or effect, and off you go...

perfect for those recalcitrant non-PC using freaks out there.

I'll stick to my Usine (so far as I can tell it doesn't host them, just enables them through the firewire/software interface) but very cool nonetheless, especially as there's hardware knobs which govern them on the mixer. 700 USD street price.

V. cool.... give the Receptor boys a run for their money.... (shhhhhhh..... I didn't say that)

More of this.... and you mite as well chuck in some true analog modular stuff too, imagine the possibilities :)

The wording about plugins is very vague. Hard to tell what runs on the PC and/or the unit. It may just allow control/processing of plugins. Whatever it does with vsts, it suggests it does it with a PC, not on its own.

"The included NRV10 interFX software for Windows and Mac turns the NRV10 and your host computer into an even more powerful mixing console complete with multi-effects processing. The application adds a compressor, expander/gate and two VST effect slots to each mixer channel"
