I'm thinking about getting an Arduino board. They're not expensive, even preassembled, and I think I could put it to some good use.

So, I was wondering, has anyone here used one? Any experiences- good, bad, other? If you've used one, have you used it mainly for input or output?
Anything I should keep in mind when ordering one?
