There's already one in the library from Ernest Myers.rachmiel wrote:> FFT based Spectral Delay on steroids
not sure reaktor is up to this ... ?
I didn't even know this forum section was here; where'd it come from?

It's brand new, like the Theory forum ain't it?Sickle wrote:There's already one in the library from Ernest Myers.rachmiel wrote:> FFT based Spectral Delay on steroids

Besides, no regular here is prone to noticing new forums as they don't jsut magically appear on their customized refresh list

could you be more specific? perhaps make a front panel with all the controls laid out nicely and popup info to document how they work. it would be a 'dummy' ... the controls wouldn't actually be connected to anything.

by way the, this is sometimes a cool way to work:
- create a dummy front panel with all controls in place
- take the time to document each control, helps you get an overview of the logic
- when you're satisfied, start the programming

an audio trigger type thing.
ie audio in triggers sample.
different tones/pitches/volumes trigger different samples.
is this even possible within reaktor? i know kt drum trigger does something similar in vsts...

Entirely possible, but pitch detection is always an 'iffy' proposition...vurt wrote:an audio trigger type thing.

Incomplete list of my gear: 1/8" audio input jack.

a random noise maker of mine for my KVR peeps to play around with... snag it while you can. Its still in development. I post it in the NI UL in the next week or so as soon as I figure out how to create a button to randomly selects "patches" in each snapshot list for all instruments at once (randomly select noise 1-25 and dust 1-21 by hitting one button, but not randomize the instruments themselves any further).
Any suggestions would be helpful and probably kinda fun.
p.s. i suck at this so feel free to giggle at my Reaktor noobishness...

Glad you liked it, Vurt. I'll change the GUI colors, I just get bored with plain paneled instruments anymore...

after more playing i have to ask, what do the graphs do? and is the sample loader of any use?
