... and I'm so disappointed!

It's really hard to get nice sounding results out of it. The creative heaven that the reviewer suggested in Future Music mag ... well I can't feel it, man!

The sounds are crude and very distorted. The envelope follower just sounds weird.

Am I totally missing the use of this device?

Please, users of the Freqbox, tell me if you've also been underwhelmed?
