24-bit or 16-bit?

If I were to sell an electronic sound library, would you want all samples to be 24-bit?
My plan is to create an electronic sound library containing sfx, misc, kick, snare, hat, clap, etc. just everything I can come up with. The catch is that some of the sounds are meant for tweaking. NOT for out-of-the-box use so you are able to create unique electric percussion beds that sound GOOD with some tweaking involved. I'm so tired of my crappy inconsistent samples. Also, I plan on doing a lot of stereo sounds and if the sound is mono, i export as mono. That saves some of the headache I think.

24 is a love/hate for me, and 16bit makes me feel too much like the common man...

wah? anyway, im going with 24. What if I made stereo sine kicks? What if all my samples sounded stereo-ish?
edit: scratch the stereo sine idea.
