I considered making a post in the forum part about modular synthesis but since the plugins are not really limited to modular environments I decided to post them here (even that they are basically VSTi, but they have the functions you would typcially find in effects).
OK, so what are they ?
Basically, in a certain way they are building blocks for MIDI processing and that's how I use and actually why I made them myself, adding more possibilities to the options the host currently has available.
Technically they are (exception: S-Indicators) VST instrument plugins developed in C++ (with some assembler optimizations), for both Windows (32-bit) and Linux.
------------------------------------------------------
A quick description of the plugins follows, more info and individual download links you'll find at the WEBSITE.
S-CC-Init
init/send multiple CC at once tiggered either by button, automation or timer
S-CC-Matrix
route CCs from one to another (or to multiple)
S-CC-Matrix-V2
route CCs from one to another (or to multiple), with additional output channel settings
S-CC-Monitor
display CC data contnuously or synced to tempo
S-CC-Sustain-Lite
simulate the behaviour of a sustain pedal but use a CC of free choice (or by button)
S-Indicators
simple LEDs to display audio/midi activity
S-Message
timer-triggered message (pop-up window, CC or Note-Event)
S-Midi-Matrix
route MIDI channel from one to another (or to multiple), with additional MIDI filter settings
S-Midi-Monitor-Lite
simple colour-coded MIDI monitoring
S-Midi-Panic
send MIDI panic events (All Notes/Sounds off and/or Pitchbend reset)
S-Midi-Random
generate random MIDI events triggered either by button, keyboard or incoming MIDI data (several parameters adjustable)
S-Midi-Senderella
transmit MIDI data in a wireless fashion (on 8 ports, with up to 64 instances)
S-Midi-Stepper
trigger sequenced MIDI data either by button or incoming MIDI data (forward/backward/alternating/random mode as a choice)
S-Note-Matrix
route Note events from one to another (or to multiple), with additional output channel and CC-conversion settings
S-PC-Init
init/send multiple PC (optionally together with MSB/LSB and volume) at once tiggered either by button, automation or timer
S-Poly-Limiter
limit the MIDI polyphony to a certain value

The necessary evil:
License
The plugins are provided for free to use in commercial or non-commercial projects, however s-production.de won't take any responsibility over whatever might result from the usage. It is explicitly not allowed to sell the plugins either on their own or as part of some package without permission from s-production.de (for contact send an e-mail to info<AT>s-production<DOT>de), otherwise legal actions will be taken. Redistribution is tolerated but it is preferred if links to the webpage would be used instead.
Compatibility
Explicitly supported hosts:
Windows: Cubase SX3/4, energyXT 1/2, Plogue Bidule
Linux: energyXT 2
Explicitly not supported hosts:
Sensomusic Usine (considered broken last time checked), Sonar (broken VST MIDI implementation)
(otherwise just try them out in the specific host application ...)
System requirements
Windows 2000/XP (no Vista installed here yet to check for compatibility, but the chances are that there will be no diff. to XP) or Linux (Kernel 2.6 or newer)
Pentium-class CPU (PIII or newer), some plugins will require a slightly higher spec in some situations (e.g. CC-Monitor, if high amount of MIDI data to process)
system-dependant RAM requirements (512MB or more are normally recommended for DAWS to be operatable usually )
