Hey folks!

Im doing a uni project and need some specific noises - thought yall might know where I can grab these without breaking out my mic...

Im looking for fax/diall up noises, HD spinning/interference and you know that buzz you get in your monitors or amp just before your mobile goes off... any kind of machine noises...

Yes I could record them but Id have to wait till a weekend night as its too noisy to record noise around here

I got some HD spinning/crashing samples from a HD manufacturing company site, cant remember which one...

i know the samples of which you speak: things like "head stuck to platter" and "motor noise" &c.

I'll try to find them on my HD tonight and post a link.

Doing a concept thingy about creations for a Uni project using only digital sources and these will provide the soundtrack for glitched video/visual distortion film short...
