Is your tron collection still going to make it to a refill version? I recall you mentioning this was going to happen but that was quite a while ago so just wanted to check in and see if this is still in the works.

Yes, and even if it wasn't automatic (like a crossgrade product on the site) this is something you can always email sales@esoundz.com about. You see, underneath all of the digital code there's humans who are paying attention and thinking in your best interest what is fair and working around that! So, even if there isn't something official you can say "Well, I bought this and this from you guys and I want to get this which has the same this on it... discount?" For instance, you could even say "Hey, I bought the Squids Tron Collection and I noticed you have the Mello-T refill... I want that too so can you give me a "crossgrade" price?" The reason for this is because there are too many "If this then that" possibilities to list or it would get confusing. But if you think it's fair then it doesn't hurt to run it up the flagpole and see. Also, bundle deals for getting a bunch of things at once are possible too. It's like any other store in that regard. Of course your "repeat business" is monitored more accurately than most stores so you don't have to say "but I am a great customer of yours... hook it up!" because it automatically bumps you from member to silver to gold to platinum based on your ordering frequency or quantity.
Anyway, you know when restaurants say "sorry no substitutions" and you eat a mealthat's not exactly what you wanted? Okay, we're the oppposite of that. We want you to leave as satisfied as possible. There's no reasonable request that isn't taken into full consideration... wow that was a long way of saying "Sure!" haha
