RME Hardware Support in the UK

Hi,
My Multiface with pcmcia card started to sound distorted today. I rebooted my DAW and now all I get is i/o box error on the DAW, and host error on the Multiface. I tried the pcmcia card in my laptop and got the same error. The lead hasn't been stressed to cause this. So I was wondering, has anyone here had any experience of getting RME kit diagnosed and repaired in the UK? At this stage I cannot tell if it's the card, the box or the cable. I dug out my old Delta 2496 to get the main DAW going, but mobile recording is off the menu until I get this fixed.
