I was considering getting the Eclectic Drums Capsule download tonight or tomorrow (payday). But as of yesterday it seems the download I was looking to buy has disappeared. I wanted the ST version, but all I can seem to find now are the downloads for Wusik, Giga, and sf2. Is it still there somewhere? Or did it get pulled?

IIRC, the included UFO translator (Universal Format Outputter) will put the samples in any sampler you want, including ST.

But in the 'Downloadable sounds' section, there are seperate purchasing links for different formats...wusik is one, Giga another, and sf2. But there was a fourth listed earlier in the week with a 'drop down' menu that allowed you to select Sampletank, Battery, or a few other formats....and that one is now missing?

Probably an oversight. Call 'em or send an email. They're probably the most responsive company you'll ever deal with. Even if it's been discontinued, if they can, they'll find a way around it for you.

Oh, and tell 'em berfab sent you...

I just sent them yet ANOTHER email since they didn't respond to my ticket from yesterday. If I don't hear back I guess I'm going to have to call them or something.

In my experience, that is unusual. I'd just pick up the phone if I were you. No need to be frustrated--they'll take care of you.

Sorry folks, we have been very busy in upgrading tons of things, with Studio Profiles that is now very close to be released (loads of excellent multitrack loops, the Special edition represents like 10% of the full product...), Ocean Way Drums and some new upcomming unreleased General Midi excellent stuff. Ah I forget the sounds and Patches for Samplemoog... well lot of work as you can see. Oups I forgot the Pumkin on the website, do you like it? lol...

Ok about the Capsules, yes they were misconfigured and yes it is FIXED.

The new system is more sophisticated and I'm working on new improvements every day... the Capsules were here but for some very tricky reasons they were not listed... damn database

Let me know if you find anything else and I'll do my best to investigate the matter...
