Hi,
I'm new to music production but could anybody please tell me regarding (audio) is (2ms) of latency unhearable to the human ear ??? and what would be the maximum before its detected.

It depends...
Firstly: if you're not recording an instrument on an audio track or MIDI tracks from a midi keyboard: you won't EVER notice any latency.
Secondly: if you're using Direct Monitoring feature of Asio2 compliant soundcards, then the incoming audio will go directly to the outputs of your soundcard, without any latency. One drawback: you can't hear any VST effects on what you're recording then alas...
Thirdly: any latency can be compensating by shifting the recorded material (audio or midi) back on the timeline. Some hosts can/will do that automatically.
Most people can work fine with a latency of about 5ms. Noticable, but small enough for it not to be an issue.
Chris Squire (base player of Yes) is reported to be able to detect a 1ms latency. Most people can't notice any latency below 5ms.
